Toys for Trucks, Inc. is an industry leader in the specialty retail business for sales and installation of Car, Truck, Van,SUV and Jeep accessories. Our Appleton, WI location is growing and we are seeking an E-Commerce Automotive Customer Service Rep to add to our team!

Job Description:
The primary function of this role is to accurately respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive related products, sales, and orders. This is a high-volume, multi-tasking position that requires proactive and effective verbal and written communication. This role also assists with order processing as needed, in addition to variouslisting, feedback, and other related projects requiring automotive knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls: take orders by phone, answer questions about orders and our online catalog
Respond to messages received on selling platforms
Be resourceful in gathering information necessary to resolve customer matters
Provide knowledgeable support for automotive inquiries about aftermarket parts
Assist other departments with technical aspects of our products
Fosters a positive team atmosphere in all functions of Customer Support
Maintain a “customer first” attitude at all times

Knowledge/Skill Preferred:
2+ years aftermarket automotive parts experience (sales or installation)
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or related field experience
Ability to work well as a team and multi-task
Proficient computer skills

Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
