Toys for Trucks, Inc. is an industry leader in the specialty retail business for sales and installation of Car, Truck, Van,SUV and Jeep accessories. Our Appleton, WI location is growing and we are seeking an E-Commerce Automotive Customer Service Rep to add to our team!

Job Description:
The primary function of this role is respond to inbound calls and written inquiries from customers who purchase vehicle related parts throughout e-commerce platforms. A high level of customer service is required to provide support to our customers for all claims, returns, and exchanges for purchases.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate via phone and email with customers regarding merchandise, problems with shipments, and product concerns
Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt and knowledgeable communications regarding e-commerce orders
Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, and documents with a high level of accuracy

Knowledge/Skill Preferred:
2 years Customer Service experience preferred
Skilled with Microsoft Office and basic office programs
Strong customer focus and customer service orientation
Disciplined and self motivating work ethic
Ability to analyze data for errors and conflicting information
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
Ability to work both independently and with a team

Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
