Toysfortrucks.com is offered to you conditionally upon your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (hereafter known as the "Terms"). Cancellation/Refund Policy

What to know before requesting a return/refund:

Please take care to ensure the product fits your vehicle before commencing any installation. We cannot accept returned parts that have been installed, disassembled, drilled, welded, cut, painted, or modified in any way. Failure of part(s) due to use beyond the product’s intended function, incorrect installation, or failure of related part(s) is not covered by warranty or Toys For Trucks. Toys For Trucks reserves the right to refuse any return we deem unfit for resale. Any part that, in our opinion, was used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty. Toys For Trucks reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee or refuse any return order under any circumstance. Toys For Trucks reserves the right to refuse any shipments where the shipping charges, duties, customs, etc. are not prepaid. Toys For Trucks will refund your payment the same way you paid.

You may not cancel your order once it has been submitted. We ship as quickly as we can so there isn't always an opportunity to stop your order once it's started. If we can, we will; however, if your order has already shipped, you will need to request a return and you will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee. Please make sure of your order BEFORE YOU HIT SUBMIT!

Within the first 90 days after receiving your items, if you would like a return, you will need to fill out the form here - Returns - and request a return authorization.

If you receive your order and decide that it isn't what you want (looks, fitment, etc.) you may return your item in the first 90 days after receiving your item. As much as we try to provide the best possible information on fitment/color/functionality, we cannot be held responsible for errors that may exist on the website. Our information is provided by the manufacturers, but it is ultimately your responsibility to make sure the parts will fit your vehicle. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns that will be deducted from your refund. You are also responsible for all shipping costs to return the item to Toys For Trucks. Please be sure that your items are packed securely as we cannot be held responsible for damage during shipment.

If your product is damaged in transit, please contact the shipper to notify them of the damage. After you have notified the shipper of the issue, please contact us via email at [email protected] with your name, order number, part numbers damaged, and photos of the damage. We will work as quickly as possible to resolve the situation in the easiest, least expensive, and quickest method possible.

If you receive a product that is defective or missing parts, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the package. It is your responsibility to confirm that all parts are included in your package once it has left our warehouse. Be sure to double-check all of the nooks and crannies of your packing materials. Small parts like to hide behind bubble wrap and are often-times taped to cardboard filler. Make sure to check before contacting us. In the event that parts are missing or it was mis-packed, contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We will fix the issue as quickly as possible.

Digital Gift Cards are a non-refundable item.

Manufacturer Warranties

Most of our products are covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty and/or Guarantee and cover the merchandise for a certain period of time after your purchase. Check the documentation included with your product for more information on your manufacturer's warranty. Please follow the directions included with your product information to submit a warranty claim through the manufacturer. We offer in excess of 30,000 parts and are constantly reviewing this website for accuracy and completeness. However, we will not be held responsible for any typographical or photographic errors.
